Pepper is an owner surrender to rescue. Her parents could not handle her excessive urinating in the house. Her wonderful foster family took her in and noticed many more symptoms such as excessive drinking, hair loss, weight gain, pot bellied, excessive urination and even sudden vision loss. After Boston Terrier Rescue of Florida had testing done at University of Florida in Gainesville, Pepper was finally found to have an adrenal tumor. Being a younger Boston her prognosis was good so her CT scan and surgery to remove the adrenal tumor were performed at UF. She’s had a bout of pneumonia post op but is on the mend. Pepper’s medical expenses have been staggering, $7000 and counting but she is worth every penny. We’d like to help relieve some of that strain on the rescue. Please help us give Pepper a chance at the good life. Thank you!
