Winner must provide a legal first and last name, legal address and valid working phone number. If a contest is being sponsored, this information is forwarded on to the prize sponsor for the mailing of your prize; this is when your information is shared with a third party. Entering the contest means you understand this and agree. Bostonista! byZoey is not held liable for a third parties privacy rules. If the prize is for cash a social security number must be provided.
